What happens now
A dispatcher is reviewing what you sent. If you gave us a phone number, expect a call or text within a few minutes, not a form-letter email hours later.
While you wait
- Stay somewhere visible and safe. If you're on the shoulder of I-20 or US-259, stay clear of the traffic lane and, if you can, behind the guardrail or well off the pavement.
- Watch for a text confirming your driver and a real ETA.
- Text your exact location if you haven't already, especially a mile marker, exit number, or nearby cross street. It's the fastest way for the driver to find you.
- Watch for the truck. Our driver will call or flash lights on approach so you know it's us pulling up, not someone else stopping to help.
In a real emergency with injuries, call 911 first. This form and our dispatch line handle the vehicle, not medical emergencies.
